Don't. Look. Down.

Do you ever feel like life is just hard?

If you're in the thick of a situation and you feel like you can't find a way to be positive or hopeful, and all you can do is focus on the harshness of what you're going through - this one is for you.

I had an experience recently where I was going through a stressful time, and as I worked through my own moments of fear and anxiety, I took note of what got me through, and wanted to share it with you today.

Imagine yourself several years in the future. The problems you're currently facing have all been worked out in a way that serves your highest good. That future version of yourself is not stressed out or anxious about what's going on - because it's done. Focus your eyes on that version of yourself, on what they're thinking and feeling - not what is currently going on.

Its like walking across a very high bridge. Below you is all the chaos of the moment: the stress, the fear, all those low vibe emotions trying to pull you down and drown you - but don't look down. Breathe deeply and keep your eyes forward - keep your focus on that future version of yourself and what it feels like to have this all worked out. Keep breathing. Keep taking the next step. And keep your eyes forward. Lock your sight on that version of yourself as if your life depends on it and just keep moving.

Once you've moved through the thick of this experience, you can begin processing it and learn what needed to be learned. But if you want to avoid getting sucked into the spiral of fear, Don't. Look. Down.

You've got this my love, this too has a purpose, and this too shall pass.

Wishing you a week of faith and focus.

With love and gratitude, Robin Angela
